Go Royals!

Daddy is home and wanted to take us all out for a special treat. We had a great time at the K. It rained a bit for the first few innings, but we didn't melt and we had an awesome time! And the Royals brought home a 9-5 victory!

Back to School!

Summer is over. It's sad, but I think we are all pretty excited about new routines and fresh starts. The boys did an amazing job getting ready for their first week. Daddy was out of town, so Gma and Gpa Huber came to the rescue! They cooked,  cleaned, and took care of 3 wild little boys! So thankful for them! Here are a few pics of their first day!

Last stop...Okoboji

Our last stop was Okoboji for another family reunion with Daddy's family. We camped with Gma and Gpa George. It was perfect weather, minus the rain all day Saturday! This year we rented a boat and Daddy took the boys tubing. Oh my gosh...so much fun for them!!

Aunt Lisa fills up the tube...

C has a cool life jacket.

Ellie and B chill on the boat.

The boys on the tube with Daddy.

We had so much fun at Arnold's Park with cousins Carter and Kierlyn. A just loves the rides and B and C are about winning prizes.

And we couldn't leave Okoboji without buying our tshirts. A and C got news ones this year. Of course A didn't feel like posing with his brothers. What else is new???!!

Dabuque, Dabuque...

Our next stop was Grandma and Grandpa's house in Dubuque.I didn't take too many pics, but we had a blast. Aunt Sue came up to visit with Kitty and CC. Jenna stayed, too. The boys played and played with their cousins while Sue and I visited and shopped. She and Gma watched the boys so Matt and I could go and celebrate our 10 year anniversay. We went to a nice restaurant on the river. We also went to Ice Age at the movie theater. Aunt JoJo, Jessie, and Jake came back up and we all went to a family reunion and had all you can eat tacos. I think Uncle and Jim and Daddy had WAY too many tacos!

A enjoys his morning coffee.

We visited Dubuque's brewery and found an old Huber beer can in a display.

A enjoys a frappucino on the way to Okoboji.

B loved his chain of towns that marked our trip to Okoboji. He got to take one link down for each town that we went through. It surely helped him stay content on the trip!

Iowa Vacation!

We just returned from our annual trip to see the family in Iowa. It was a wonderful trip and the boys had so much fun. They are pretty sad to be back home, but their parents are ready to chill at home for a bit. Our trip started with a trip to Elkader to see Aunt JoJo and celebrate Grandma's 70th bday!

We went on a hike with Uncle Jim, Jenna, and Jake...

We went riding in the gator and down to the pond to swim and catch some frogs...B ended the night with a trip to the ER and his first set of stiches!

We partied in the street, listening to some tunes for Sweet Corn Days! Our favorite Miss Jessie was crowned Miss Elkader. A said she looked bootiful!

We ran a fun run and 5K for 'Shed your threads'. B came in 3rd place!! Mommy and A ran/walked the 5K!

The big boys rode on Aunt JoJo's float for the parade, while A and I collected lots and lots of parade candy!!
