It's Closing Time!

The 2015-2016 school year came to end with art shows, music programs, awards, 5th grade graduation, and mommy closing up shop in her classroom! B will move onto middle school year and mommy will start her new job as school counselor!

April Fools

April was full of jokes, shaving dogs, baseball opening days, learning new chores, and new goofy socks!

Easter Blessings

We had the Jansen crew and Grandma join us for Easter. We had some fun bowling, eating, coloring eggs, and making some fun peep houses! And of course, celebrating Jesus at mass!

Spring Break/Spring Training

 We had an amazing trip to Phoenix for Spring Break. A was packed at least a week in advance. We DROVE all the way there, so we woke up super duper early to make the trip. We saw some interesting things along the way! We spent the first night in Flagstaff and exploring the Grand Canyon. We then went to Phoenix and explored Chase Field, went to lots of Royals games, tried some new brews, checked out Scottsdale, and spent time in our awesome condo. We even had Grandma fly in and stay with us! On the way home, we stopped at a very cool Meteor Crater!

The George boys always have fun at their meals. Pie 5, Spin Pizza, and make your own waffles are among our faves!

March Madness

March Madness is always one of our favorite times. We love showing our ISU pride, trying to resist the Jayhawk temptation and playing a little bball ourselves!

Iowa for Christmas

Once again, we traveled to Iowa for the Christmas. We first enjoyed times at Grandma and Grandpa George's. Aunt Sarah helped us make Gingerbread houses and we went to our traditional stop, Christmasland. On Christmas Day, we traveled to Dubuque. We spent some time in the snow with Aunt JoJo and at the mall riding the zoo animals!
