New York! New York!

I was so very lucky to head to New York, NY with my momma and sister for Spring Break. It is the first time I have ever left my sweethearts, so it is very difficult...but I knew they were in good hands with their daddy. Here are a few highlights from our trip...

First I had to say goodbye to these {CUTIES}. They loved the airport!

We enjoyed some drinks at our hotel before the broadway show 'Once!'.

Time Square!

Rockefeller Center!

Madison Square Gardens

New York Stock Exchange on Wall Street!

AWESOME meal at Mesa Grill (Bobby Flay's Restaurant)!

Lucky Girl!!

I am a lucky girl! After having parent teacher conferences and professional development for a LONG 12 hour day, I came home to this Valentine's Day surprise...one rose and one bag of chocolate from each of my boys!:)

Goof ball!

A is getting quite the personality! On the top picture he is wearing a Chuck E Cheese crown as a skirt. He ran around the house screaming 'I a girl, I a girl!'. Below he is wearing B's 1st communion suit. We did not prompt this dress up game at all!;-)

Digging Out!

Lots and lots of snow! Daddy tried to shovel it by himself with a little help from his friends, but it was just too much. Thankfully a sweet neighbor offered up their snow blower. We took advantage of the SNOW to go sledding for the first time! The big boys thought it was great.  The little guy wasn't quite so sure!

Snowpocalypse 2013

KC has received about 20 inches of snow in the last week. So...we have had to find ways to entertain ourselves! Spaghetti/gum drop towers, hot chocolate play dough, and a sticker chicken pox did the trick! Oh...and a latte by the fire for me!

Uncle Robert

This past week I had to say goodbye to my very dear Uncle Robert. I can't even begin to tell you how special this guy was in my life. He raised me like his own daughter. He drove me to and from school almost every day of my life. He was an icon at my hometown parish and he was loved by so many. I will never forget Hershey's Miniatures, the laundry shoot at his house, putting up his Christmas tree, trips to Theisen's and the fair, and the time he healed my beloved dog!;-) My boys loved him very much, too. We are going to miss him so much, but are so glad to know that he is in heaven and is at peace. I love you Uncle Robert.

Bowling!

We took the boys bowling over Christmas Break with the Roddens. It was a blast and the boys did a great job!
