This was another great day at Disney World! We met Grandma and Grandpa H at the park. The highlight was the safari ride where we some some incredible views of some awesome animals. A got a set of binoculars and saw an upclose view of lots of critters! We had lunch with Donald Duck and friends, safari style! We also got to see an amazing Lion King show!

Day 1: Magic Kingdom
We cruised to Orlando...Daddy didn't stop for anything on the way there and were so lucky to only by 10 minutes late for our reservation at Chef Mickey. The wait was worth it and the food was incredible! We ate as much as we could and headed back to our room for a good night's rest. We up and at 'em bright and early the next morning. It rained on us all darn day, but we were good sports. We stayed for the incredible fireworks and parade. Seeing that castle lit up at night it pretty awesome. The boys were so pooped that they crashed very quickly on the way home! Our favorite rides were "It's a Small World" (mommy), "Peter Pan's Flight" (C), "Buzz Light Year" (B), "Splash Mountain (Daddy), and "Monsters, Inc." (A). This is definitely my favorite park!
Road Trip!
Flights to Orlando were outrageous, so we decided to make it a {ROAD TRIP}. We settled in on a Friday afternoon for a LONG DRIVE! We stopped in Nashville on the way home and Metropolis, IL (home of superman, of course) on the way back. The boys are such good sports and one little guy slept most of it away!

Making a SNOW day!
It's been a long, beautiful winter. It is wonderful to have the nice weather, but very sad to not have any snow. Last Sunday night they finally forcasted snow. We did all we could to make a snow day...ice in the toilet, teddy bear in the window sill, inside out pajamas and spoons under our pillows. Well...it snowed! But not enough for a snow day!;-(

My Valentines!
I love my Valentines! We had a great night at home...we made daddy hearts salad and brown butter ravioli with rotisserie chicken and crispy sage. He surprised us with cupcakes from Smallcakes. We topped it off with some Chocolate Ale! It was a great day! Even A enjoyed it! Ha!

Mommy, I luv--ed you!
My sweet baby boy gets anything he wants when he whispers in my ear "Mommy, I luv--ed you". It is almost Valentine's Day and the George boys have been celebrating love all weekend. We finished up our Valentine's...'You Rock' for B, 'Stuck on You' for C, and 'Wild about You' for A. Pretty stinkin' cute. Last night I had a hot date with cuties...Pizza at Old Chicago. I was hoping for some Chocolate Ale...but no luck. I settled for Honey Rasperry Ale instead. And this morning...we had some chocolate and strawberry waffles for brunch. Yummy! We will celebrate the actual day by making Daddy an extra special meal and a bottle of Chocolate Ale that Daddy already secured for us! Can't wait!
