First Cub Scout Camp Out!

Daddy and the boys loaded up yesterday afternoon for their first scout camp out. They had a blast...until it started storming! They had to come home at 1am b/c of some crazy unexpected storms, but they still enjoyed their evening!

B and C had so much fun last weekend doing science! Proud science teacher momma!

Bronco Stampede 5K

B and C were up at 'em early last Saturday morning. It was a GORGEOUS morning and the boys were troopers. We walked a 5K sponsored by SHHS SADD. C got a little pooped about half way through, but B walked ahead and did the whole thing! Very proud mommy!

Bruiser!

A had a rough tumble the other day. He tripped in the street. This is what happened! Poor little guy's eye was swollen shut for 2 day!;-(

Dyeing Easter Eggs!

Easter Sunday

We have had a fabulous visit from my family this weekend. We started the weekend with an awesome dinner at Spin Pizza. We then enjoyed some time outside with some of Daddy's homemade brew. We planted jelly beans b/c we heard that if you plant jelly beans outside on Easter, lollipops grow overnight. It worked!

The next morning we had 9 lollipops growing! Miracle! On Saturday, we lounged in the morning before heading to the Legends for a great lunch and lots of shopping. Daddy took the big boys to the arcade and the rest of us shopped our heart's out! Gpa treated us to some yummy yogurt ice cream before we headed home for a grill out. We had turkey burgers, tripepper salad, jiggler easter eggs, taco salad, and strawberry lemonade cupcakes. We also had some yummy chocolate bunny stout. There was lots of fun with ping pong matches, Wii games, and lots of playing outside!

 On Sunday morning, we loaded up and headed to Mass. We had to sit in the basement with some interesting audio issues, but it was a nice service. We came home to see the Easter bunny had arrived! The boys were thrilled with chocolate bunnies, reese pieces, a new movies, bubbles, chalk, and lots of other treats. We had a brunch of egg casserole, asparagus, fruit salad, and mimosas!

 Grandpa and Uncle Danny went out for a walk and found an Easter Bunny along the way. Too funny!

 It was time to send everyone off back to Iowa, but we made sure to load them up with some bunny bait for their trip!
